What can be done about maple bugs? Can I spray them?

Maple bugs or Box Elder bugs frequent Maples, Cedars, Box Elders and other various plants. They are more of a nuisance than a serious problem, and can be brought under control with "SEVIN" liquid concentrate which would be sprayed on the tree.
