Q. What can I do with the potted daffodils that I purchased back in February? Will they bloom again if I plant them outside?

A. They certainly will, but not until the following year. Bulbs that are forced over the winter have had their cycle of rooting and blooming advanced so that they bloom earlier. This often interferes with their bloom the next year. But don't despair, plant them out in the garden when weather permits. They will produce foliage next spring, and then blooms the following spring again.
