Scott has lived and gardened in the South Okanagan all of his life.He dispenses advice through his weekly newspaper column in the Penticton Herald and on “Garden Talk” the open line radio show he’s hosted for 22 years.Scott has been nursery manager at Art Knapp’s since 1988.
