These varieties spread SLOWLY and should not be confused with the aggressive, invasive ones. All are quite well behaved in average garden conditions and serve a useful purpose in the right location.

AGGRESSIVE GRASSES
They provide a quick and easy groundcover over large areas and help stabilize slopes for erosion control. Most can also be planted in smaller gardens if growth is controlled with an underground barrier or if planted in a large pot that's sunk into the ground.
