Asparagus & Ham Quiche
Yield: 6 Servings Ingredients 1 pkg (10oz) fresh or frozen cut asparagus, thawed 1/2 lb fully cooked ham, diced 1 cup (4oz) shredded swiss cheese 1/4 cup chopped onion 3 eggs 1 cup milk 3/4 cup Bisquick baking mix 1 tbsp dried parsley flakes pinch of pepper Method 1. In a greased 9 inch pie plate, layer the asparagus, ham, cheese and onion. 2. Beat the eggs in a large bowl then add the rest of the ingredients. 3. Pour over asparagus mixture. 4. Bake at 375F for 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the centre of the quiche comes out clean.
