Broccoli Noodle Supreme
3 cups uncooked egg noodles
2 cups broccoli florets
1 can condensed cream of chicken and broccoli soup, undiluted
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
Cook noodles according to package directions. Add broccoli during last five minutes of cooking; drain, then set aside and keep warm.
In same pan, combine soup, sour cream, Parmesan and pepper.
Cook and stir till heated through. Return noodles and broccoli to pan, toss to coat. Serves 4-6.
