Granny's Pumpkin Pie
1-9 inch deep-dish pie shell 1 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup honey 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. mace 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 tbsp. melted butter or margarine 1/2 cup milk or creamo 2 eggs, well beaten 1 1/2 cup pure canned pumpkin or home pureed pumpkin Mix together all ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake in 450 deg. F oven for 15 minutes, then reduce to 325 deg. F for remaining 30-40 minutes. Cool and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
