Strawberry Delight Pie
2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, crushed
1 pkg. (4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (one litre) carton Cool Whip, thawed
1-9 inch pie crust (baked regular or graham)
Crush strawberries, reserving a few for garnish if desired. Beat in pudding mix until smooth. Fold in 3 cups of whipped topping. Spread in pie shell and top with remaining Cool Whip if you like. Decorate with a few sliced strawberries. Refrigerate or freeze.
